Now this really is a room with a view! Fuji-San seen from a room in the pleasent Sunnide Village hotel on the lakeside of Kawaguchi-ko. It may not be in the town centre, but there's regular buses which pass by, and the hotel runs a shuttle service. Considering the location, this Japanese style room cost a very reasonable £65, and the restaurant had good food too. The Sunnide website is here.
