If you want a good night out drinking with the local businessmen in Tokyo, head to Yakatori Alley, a long row of pubs and cafes embedded under the arches of the Shinkansen railway track heading away from Tokyo JR station. If you've got time on your hands, just exit Tokyo JR station, turn left and keep walking - it could take an hour before you reach the end though!

My favourite drinking spot on Yakatori Alley is "Tonto - house of Yakatori", who's distinctive red sign is pictured below. Yakatori means kebab, and it's traditional to order a few of these while you glug your beer. Tonto is near to the Imperial Tower and close to Hibuya station. Exit here and turn right onto Yakatori Alley, heading away from Tokyo JR station. Cheers!
